Barbecue Dynasty Celebrates Over 100 Years of Cooking


It’s been over 100 years since Jimmy Harris’ nice grandfather Elias Bryan opened the household’s first barbecue restaurant in Oak Cliff. “When dad was elected as Constable Precinct 2, I bought the enterprise and have become the only proprietor in 1992,” Harris says. “I’m proud to be the fourth technology serving genuine Texas Barbecue. So ya’ll come by for a go to. We sit up for serving you.”
